The Bunny turned six months old, this last weekend. In addition to lots of hugs and kisses, Lily got lots of solid food to try. I seem to remember that I started solids with Emma around four months, but, for some reason, it has just been taking longer with Lily. Maybe the Bee was more excited about solids than the Bunny. Well, in any event, Lily has tried cereal (meh), bananas (yum!), avocado (please, make it stop), carrots (yum?), and peas (bleck). I am hoping that she may get used to the green vegetables in time. Emma liked everything as a baby, but hates everything as a toddler, hmmm. There is just no way to know.
The fun thing about feeding Lily, is that Emma gets to help. Sometimes, when neither Tom nor I can coax the Bunny to open her little mouth, Emma can by making a big "O" with her mouth. That always cracks Lily up and she will take the proffered spoon. Happy Six Months, Lily!
